We ship to all 50 US states and D.C. There may be an additional charge, based on weight or size, for Alaska & Hawaii. You will be contacted if there is an additional charge. Due to our discount pricing and low shipping rates, currently we do not ship internationally or to APO or FPO military bases.

Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Most orders ship sooner, but because many of our kits & sets are tailored for each customer, orders generally ship by the 7th business day. Engraved or Embroidered items are shipped in 2-3 weeks. Kits & Sets $99 or more ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Other merchandise is shipped via USPS Standard Mail (3-7 day delivery) or UPS Ground (2-7 day delivery). A tracking number will be provided on all orders once shipped. For items on backorder, customers will be notified within 2 business days of purchase with an estimated shipment date. In most cases, backorders are delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Kickswear.com accepts returns or exchanges in original condition (not washed, worn, soiled or altered) AND in its original packaging. Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items. Call or e-mail us to arrange a return and received an authorization number and return form. Have your order number ready. Unauthorized returns, those without an authorization number or items washed, worn, soiled, damaged, or altered, will be rejected without liability. Customer pays return shipping for refunds and exchanges. A 15% restock fee will be deducted from all refunds. Exchanges of manufacturer-defective items are accepted without restock fees and customers are not billed for new shipping. For all other exchanges, upon inspection of merchandise, new shipping charges will be invoiced and must be paid before new items are shipped. “Exchange" invoices must be paid within 3 business days of the invoice date. On the 4th business day, a refund will be issued for the returned merchandise at the purchase price, minus a 15% restock fee.

Other buyers must check all Federal, State, and Local laws as purchase of certain weapons may be illegal in your area.
